Shipping Policy

We typically hand orders to the carrier within 1 business day (excluding weekends/holidays).

Estimated delivery after carrier pickup is 7–12 business days, but delivery times can vary due to carrier delays, weather, and peak periods. Tracking will be provided when available.

Subscription Shipments

Subscription orders ship automatically at the interval shown on your order form and in your order confirmation. Your renewal shipment is dispatched shortly after the renewal charge is processed.

We email a reminder before each renewal charge. To skip, delay, or cancel a shipment, contact us at least 2 business days before your next scheduled shipment date.

Shipping charges for subscription renewals are shown on your order form and in your confirmation email and may differ from the charges on your first order.
